All of our trainers have teaching or training qualifications and are experienced in the application of first aid/medical skills. The majority are NHS Qualified Ambulance staff or Registered Nurses.

The Health & Safety (First Aid) Regs 1981 require employers to provide adequate and appropriate facilities (including trained first aiders) for the rendering of first aid to employees. Failure to comply can lead to prosecution. Employers must also take account of sick leave, holiday, satellite premises etc when deciding on the number of employees to train, as well as considering any special hazards, circumstances or procedures at the workplace.
